Withdrawals can be rejected for several reasons: KYC not yet completed, bonus wagering requirements not met, the recipient name does not match your account details, or suspicious activity is under investigation. Bonus & Promotions

Wagering requirements refer to the minimum amount you must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling RM1,500 (RM100 × 15) before requesting a withdrawal of those funds. Your own deposit funds are not subject to these requirements. Always check the wagering requirements of each bonus before claiming it.

Generally, only one bonus can be active at a time. You need to complete or cancel your current bonus before claiming a new one. However, certain promotions such as daily cashback can run alongside other bonuses — these conditions are stated specifically in the terms of each promotion.
